Jannou Credit Union is owned by its members and run by a Board of Directors that members’elect. You can be confident that your financial privacy is a top priority of this credit union.

- Device Information: IP address, device ID, device type, operating system, and Application usage data.

Members of our credit union also have a responsibility to safeguard their financial information. With regards to our Internet Home Banking site, this means protecting your access credentials and changing them frequently. Our home banking database is a private system operated for the exclusive use of our members. We use SSL encryption and digital server authentication to insure the privacy of your information when sending data between our home banking server and your home computer.
Information sent electronically, emails for example, may not be secure. As a result, it is important that you do not reveal sensitive information about your account through these mediums.
Jannou will never ask you to provide personal, login or account information through unsolicited emails. Should you receive an email requesting this type of information, you should not respond and proceed to contact us immediately.
Sharing of Information:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Application, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Data Breaches:
Within 72 hours after the discovery of a breach, Jannou will determine its scope and extent , and communicate with the affected members. Jannou will advise of the measures taken to handle the situation and requirements to further protect members’ information.
