Jannou Credit Union members can now sign up for contactless Visa Debit Cards. This tap to pay technology is now available for convenient and secure transactions. Members can make payments with their card at contactless-enabled checkout terminals instead of swiping, dipping, or inserting the card. To sign up, simply visit our Castries or Vieux Fort locations or visit our website to download forms and submit online.

How to sign up
Simply fill out the Visa Debit Card Application Form. Account information must be updated to successfully apply.
Requirements for Updating Account Information:
- Complete an amendment form
- Present valid form of government issued national ID
- Provide proof of address example utility bill (WASCO, LUCELEC, FLOW).

Jannou Credit Union offers FREE Standing Order services for payment of utility bills, loans and more.
Utility Bill
Payment of Water and Electricity Bills.
Group Insurance
Our affordable Group Insurance plans include for coverage homes, vehicles, contents and certain medical expenses.
House
Based on the replacement cost to repair or rebuild your home up to the sum insured.
The sum insured amount should represent the total cost of rebuilding the home. This amount also needs to cover items like swimming pools, fences, garages, sheds, retaining walls and driveways as well as architect and design fees, demolition, professional fees.
Contents
Offers replacement value for most items and covers you for loss to the contents while they are at the home.
All Risk
All Risks Contents Cover is an extended form of the standard Contents Insurance. The key difference to is that it covers items when you take them out of your office.
Coverage may be for:
- Saint Lucia only
- North and South America/Caribbean
- Worldwide.
Vehicle

Family Indemnity Plan (FIP)
The FIP offers financial comfort during difficult times – providing a cash benefit to be used to cover funeral costs for yourself and eligible family members. Payments for claims are usually made within two working days. The FIP covers up to six (6) eligible family members including:
- The member
- Member’s spouse
- Children aged 1 - 25
- Member’s parents or spouse’s parents enrolled before age 76.

Medical Insurance - Financial Counseling - This is a service is available at all times. The Credit Committee and the Management of the Credit Union are the main sources of financial counseling.
