Three reasons to update your account information

  1. To Keep You in The Know:

Jannou will share vital information, notices, announcements, or special offers with you from time to time. Keep your contact and postal information up to date to ensure you don't miss out. For example, when a branch is forced to close temporarily, we will send an email to the members who are most likely to be affected. We cannot keep you informed about changes if you haven't updated your information recently.

  1. To Keep Your Account Safe:

While our preventive systems are always changing and improving, new threats might emerge. Our ability to swiftly contact you our member in these situations, allows us to combat and quickly respond to questionable transactions.
