1. What is SSN?
The SSN is the same as your NIC number which can be found on the top right of your national ID card.
2. Where can the app be downloaded?
The app can be downloaded using Google Play Store or App Store for Apple devices. It can be found by searching CSCUHOME.
3. Can I transfer funds from my account to a Soca account?
This feature is currently not available however, a secured message can be sent with this request.
4. Am I able to make bill payments?
This feature will be available soon. Follow us online or on social for later updates.
5. Am I able to transfer funds to another institution and how long does it take?
Yes, you can, simply send us a detailed email via secure messaging and your request will be fulfilled within 24 hours.
6. How far back are transactions recorded?
Transaction history goes as far as six (6) months.
7. Are balances reflected once deposits are made?
Yes, balances are reflected once a deposit has been done.
